  • Begin your journey with a free 15-minute call where we discuss your health goals and concerns, current barriers, level of motivation, nutrition knowledge and preferred level of support. During this call, you will have the chance to ask questions, learn about your dietitian's approach, and gain confidence in moving forward with your health goals. The discovery call allows your dietitian to gather essential information in order to provide personalized recommendations and establish realistic expectations for your journey towards optimized health.

  • At the conclusion of the discovery call, we offer tailored recommendations to match your unique needs and goals. Whether you prefer occasional guidance or an all-encompassing approach, we provide options such as purchasing individual sessions as needed or enrolling in one of our Comprehensive Programs. A customized service recommendation ensures you receive the level of support that best aligns with your aspirations, empowering you to make meaningful strides towards improved health and well-being.

  • Whether you’re engaging in a Comprehensive Program or Individual Sessions, your journey officially commences with an Initial Session – the foundation of our collaborative work. This session sets the stage for personalized strategies and actionable steps towards your health transformation!

    Follow-up sessions are integral to your success, personalized to meet your unique needs and goals. The frequency and number of these sessions vary depending on your individual circumstances and preferences. You can schedule follow-ups as needed, either purchasing them individually or as part of a discounted bundle, or they are strategically outlined within our Comprehensive Programs to ensure continuous progress and support. These sessions are pivotal in maintaining momentum and fine-tuning your path to optimal health and well-being.

Nutrition Counseling
