Frequently Asked Questions

  • All sessions are completed virtually via Healthie, our HIPAA-compliant electronic health record, or via phone call depending on your preference. We are not offering in-person sessions at this time.

  • At the moment, we don't accept health insurance. Our services operate on a fee-for-service basis. However, if your insurance covers nutrition counseling and offers reimbursement, we're happy to provide an invoice (superbill) upon request. You can submit this document directly to your insurance for reimbursement.

  • We accept all major credit cards. Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards are not accepted at this time.

  • The first step is to book your complimentary discovery call. During this call you’ll learn more about Enriched Nutrition’s offerings and receive personalized recommendations as to which service is the right fit for you.

  • If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly give 48 hours' notice. In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please send a message to your provider via your Healthie portal or email madison@enrichedrd.com. You will be responsible for a $50 fee if the appointment change is requested less than 48 hours prior to the start of your scheduled appointment time.
